When I make a larger purchase, I want to be sure that the product is covered but the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. It is worth it to me in case something goes wrong with a product.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

The tv works great! It has a very good selection of streaming video apps. The on,y drawback I found is the remote. It doesn’t have any number buttons. So if you have to go from channel 4 to 24, you have to press the up button 20 times!

The geek squad are fantastic!! My husband and I had the best team come to our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products and which would work great for our tv installation.

I would recommend Geek squad warranties on anything expensive. a few hundred dollars saved me over a thousand dollars in replacement costs.

Always good to have a professional place to turn when help is needed. Have not had an occasion to use it yet but the confidence of knowing they are there is comforting.
