I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.

They know what they are doing. Do you? Are you "hoping" for a good result? Hope is not a strategy. These folks are pros.

My first T.v. messed up a week before the warranty went out. They brought me s new tv. Bigger than the one I had. So I renewed my warranty and will always this it.

I now have the peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my new 4K TV, I could get this product replaced. I have had success with other warranties from Best Buy. The price was a little high at $189.00 but I did have a $50 Best Buy gift card that I applied towards the purchase.

Geek Squad is worth it! Save yourself a lot of time and headache.

Not much else I can say about this, but purchased it for my recent TV investment to future-proof for any accidents I may experience in the foreseeable future.

Best warranty money combined no questions asked for turning anything

well worth the money spent on this service they were fast and professinal and did a great jod in stalling my wallmount tv and hooking it up .

Originally was not going to purchase but decided to go ahead because TVs are now computers and having had to replace a bad piece of hardware unexpectedly on my PC was expensive. I liked the coverage, cost and peace of mind offered. I can't give 5 stars till I actually use which I hope won't be needed.

Good to have incase needed for any reason on my electronic equipment

Worth it for the price and the extra protection could not go wrong at all with it being a smart device during the rona bandemic

I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.
