Bought the 2 yr service with Geek Squad and have gotten my monies worth with all the things I've taken in. They are the best!

Product is okay. TV worked fine for a few weeks, but then the sound started to deteriorate. It would either be warbled ( lower quality) or the audio would not match up with the image by a few seconds, causing me to have to do a software reset of the television. Simply turning it on and off did not fix the issues. I invested in a sound bar, and hopwfully that fixes the issue. Otherwise I will be exchanging the TV.
