When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

I bought tv mount and set it up on the wall by my self. Geek squad thank you.

It was super easy to sign up for an account before I made my purchase of a brand new tv. Best Buy made that easy for me. A place where I go for all my appliances and electronic needs. They're so friendly and always quick to help. I love my Best Buy

Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

The service is great without worrying about breaking in the future

First tv was damaged somewhere but they made it good. Delivered on schedule and unboxed and set up, great job. Very friendly and professional, efficient and very tidy. Thanks great job, I would highly recommend extended warranty. Protect your purchase

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!
