    Overall a great TV with a high quality image. Removed 1 star for a slightly awkward home screen and a remote that doesn't include a microphone to search for things via voice command.

    Definitely worth the money after 2 years my other TV suddenly started acting up very strangely they replaced it outright brought me a brand new one right to my house I think that says it all

    I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

    My previous TV went out no picture or sound. I had a service tech come out to my house and looked over what was going on. He had to order parts for my TV. Once the parts was delivered to my house he came out a second time (both times were free of charge). The TV still would not work. So with the warranty, I got the price that I paid for the TV in a Best Buy Gift Certificate. I then purchased my new TV and still had money left over on my gift certificate. Also the service tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased

    Always get Geek Squad Protection for new installs

    I always add Geek Squad protection for expensive new products like big flat screen TV installed by Best Buy, but don't let anyone else touch the device or they may not honor the protection plan! (Which is why I put 4 stars instead of 5). Found this out with a TV purchased 2 years ago and installed by a handyman, then when there was a problem Best Buy would not take responsibility for it. So new TV installed by Best Buy and will only let them deal with it from now on! For portable items like laptop computers I also love getting Geek Squad protection as then can bring it right into any Best Buy store for problems.

    I got this when I bought a new TV. I have not had to use this service yet, as the TV is working fine and hopefully I wont ever have to use this service, but it's good to have, just in case.

    The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

    Nothing better than security when buying a bigger appliance. The few times I've had to use my protection plans have been very easy to manage. Best buy is great with the service they do.

    For expensive items that are new to the market, this is a good deal! My 77 inch TV’s display developed a burn-in after using it for three years and following all guidance to prevent burn-in. This service provide a not question replacement!

    Growing up we always had the talk to use protection and I use the same concept for my TV purchases. Using protection gives you the peace of mind that you can do anything and if something goes wrong you have protection.. Sometimes I feel like my TV spys on me but I consider it a friend because I spend all my time with it.. Things are getting serious so pick your protection plan wisely, you may want so settle down.

    It was for a peace of mind I bought the protection plan, but I'm a bit skeptical as to the coverage detail that the sales rep told me that "ANY problems with the TV, I can get an exchange for same model TV or if not available, can get full refund on the TV with credit issued on bestbuy gift card", which does not seem so as I am reading a lot of different reviews about the coverage for this service. I guess I have to be content for the fact that I am definitely covered for repairs (which I am also finding reviews saying that coverage doesn't repair internal screen problems?), but would be nice for the sales person to be better informed or be honest about the coverage, not conning the customers for their own sales quote.

    Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

    Absolutely a must-have. The Geek Squad service has always done right by us; be it taking our soundbar to their facility to be repaired or replacing our TV when things started not working. Please do yourself a favor and ensure your long-term purchases have backup beyond that warranty you'll never be able to navigate like Geek Squad!

    Very knowledgeable and friendly, answered questions so that I can understand more about Tech. I was able to set up myself, thanks to them! Really like BEST BUY, thats why i puchased my second TOSHIBA FIRESTICK from there.
