Geek Squad is always good. Never have an issue returning/ fixing any of the products I've purchased.

They have repaired my computer several times and they work great!

My TV needed repair it's working fine now worth the cost you never know if your product will break down my LG TV was only 2yrs old when it broke down and the cost of the warranty was worth the cost it would of cost more to fix or replace the TV I buy a extended warranty for any product that cost over $100 dollars....Can't go wrong

It is always a great idea to purchase an extended warranty for purchases which qualify. I have purchase Geek Squad protection for other products I have purchased from Best Buy. The sales personnel do not pressure you to purchase the protection. They do an excellent job in explaining the protection.

Always go for protection, its just worth the minimal upcharge for the peace of mind.

I hope I never have to use this protection plan but I am very satisfied with the fact that I do not have to mail my television anywhere, all I have to do is repackage it and bring it back to the store with the receipt and they will either fix it or give my money back. Why less of a hassle for me.

We always purchase this protection plan with all our electronics. They cover just about everything except abuse, wich is understandable. The times we have had to use the protection plan, geek squad has always been friendly and highly knowledgeable.

I recently used the Geed Squad to download pictures from a 10 year old Mac desktop so I could move them to a PC. They did a great job and finished several days ahead of schedule. Friendly and helpful team working at the Cary Crossroads Geek Squad!

Highly recommend this insurance policy on your expensive purchases if for nothing more than peace of mind. I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.

You can never go wrong with support you can count on! I have never had to have them come to me, but they would because I am covered and the times I had to bring in items, they were replaced if they could not be repaired.

Says I have 2 years and I would like to get a new TV that would work as well as it did when I purchased it! I only have less than one week to do this or maybe a year and a week. But I haven’t been able to use it because of a glitch having my home landline listed instead of my mobile telephone.

Haven’t had to use it but glad I got it for my new Hisense TV. I don’t know much about the brand so I thought it was a safe bet

A must have when buying large TV’s , I bought a 65inch 2 years that went down (the power supply went out...I called them up and they shipped out all the parts to my address came to my home and fixed the tv... once again a must have!

We love to buy the extended warranty on a no name brand of tv. But this is a Toshiba but it was such a great price but we decided to get the 5 year warranty anyway. It's a great feeling to have this Geek Squad coverage!!1

Delivered my tv within the time frame promised and we’re very friendly.

Bought my first qd oled from Best Buy and wanted to have confidence about the tv. The 5 year warrabnty is a bargain for Oled tvs.
