Highly recommend a 2 year protection for most devices. You just never know what can happen and Best Buy is really quick with giving you a replacement item.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

I rarely buy extended warranties but I found them to be worthwhile with Best Buy. That added measure of protection is comforting and they always seem to back the item(s) without trouble.
