So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

Perfect warranty ...... Just in case something were to happened....

Highly recommend a 2 year protection for most devices. You just never know what can happen and Best Buy is really quick with giving you a replacement item.

Agent was very courteous, responsive to my problem, and needs. He was very knowledgable, and took the extra time to ensure I was satisfied. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Geek Squad services are very good for the products I have purchased.

No worries for the next 5 years since my 75n Sony is covered. I had it set up and calibrated by the geek squad. Extra sweet since I added a Sony sound bar and satellite speakers.

Geek squad is nice to have whenever you need them. I do stuff myself most the time though.

Had to use it once I believe. Otherwise never use it. Its nice to know that a part or product is covered in the event something goes wrong.

The only protection Plan that I ever buys from Best Buy geek squad. Never had any issues with them refusing to service or replace a product. Highly recommend it

The geek squad at Best buy is awesome. They are always there to assist you with any purchases and answer any of your questions in detail. They have experience and you can tell. I recommend getting this service when you purchase items.

Had a protection plan on a 19" Insignia TV that stopped delivering audio. Took TV in and because of the protection plan got a replacement immediately. Definitely worth the money!

5 year protection plan? Duh. If you're going to invest a lot of money into a TV (by my measure) be safe. Best Buy has already replaced one of my TVs that could not be fixed. They stand behind their protection plans.

For very little more get extended coverage on a product even if it’s a small low cost product why not , they offer fixing and or replacement and even reimbursement .

The best extended warranty on the market, for the next 5 years I will not worry about pixels not working, LCD black spots, surge problems and even the remote not working. That's all covered!!
