I purchased this extended warranty for my Samsung TV and began having issues with the TV 2yrs after my purchase. Geek Squad was great in helping me get the board replaced within a few days. Will Purchase again

Bought protection plan when I bought the TV. Within 6 months, power surge fried the HDMI port, even with grade A surge protector. Called for service and was back up and running within a week. Beats having to go shell out the $$ for another TV.

Don’t do business without the Geek Squad. We purchase all of our Computers from BB just to have this team behind us.

So far everything has been good so there are not any issues to report

This is good to have when you purchase your product you know it's being protected ,when something tears up you can always bring it back I know because I never had a problem.

I have purchased Geek Squad warranties for the past 15 Years, I have never had any trouble with repairs or returns. I highly recommend adding it to every purchase.

I can’t make a large purchase without having some type of insurance to show for it. You hope that nothing goes wrong but if it does you’d want to have Geeksquad protection.

Although at this time I have never had to use my Geek Squad warranty protection plan but it is nice to know that I have it in case I need repair or replacement of my equipment.

Protection prices went up, but I was locked in at the old price. I have never had to use the protection plan so I can't make a fair assessment.

Geek squad protection plans takes all the worries out if something goes wrong with any of my purchases.

Although nothing has happened to the product I applied this for, the policy was easy to understand and covers a lot of things that you may need. Would recommend if you’re buying something really expensive like a TV

Purchased the protection because it was inexpensive for the protection it provides. We haven’t needed to use it.

Bought a 49" lg smart tv and I figure with that kind of cash outlay it's probably a good idea for some added insurance, beyond the one year warranty. It was fairly inexpensive too. I'm protected now for six years total.

I think the geek squad warranties are great what I don't like about it is it should start after the TV's manufacturer warranty instead of with it
