I always buy Geek Squad protection for piece of mind. I bought a TV yeas back and the stand broke the second day I had it. It cracked the screen. It was replaced and I was a happy camper!!!

I generally do not purchase protection plans. But, I wanted the piece of mind and the extended warranty when I purchased my new TV.

Good value to extend warranty on tv for 5 years from dead pixels or humidity.

I have purchased several items at best buy. Each time I got the extended warranty and it was fantastic! In two instances, my returned priduct was not repairable. Both items were replaced

1st time taking out protection. Hopefully its worth it and no hidden charges

Based on the advice of the store manager (who had previously worked with the Geek Squad), opted for the protection. After experiencing how solid the Geek Squad service was, glad I did.

Haven’t had to use them yet, but saved enough money on TV that I could afford 5 year warranty. Hopefully I won’t have any issues.

Best buy and geek squad do a great job backing up their products. I wouldnt consider an electronic purchase, without adding the geek squad protection to go with it. Highly recommended

Haven't had to use this service on my recently purchased TV bit I've used it in the past on my Beats by Dre Box and they replaced it; no questions asked. Definitely a must have.
