I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

I always purchase the protection for the geek squad. Why not have that peace of mind when purchasing big ticket items for just a few dollars more. Its better than having to go out and replace it at full price!

Boughtbthe orotection because TV was an open box and I liked the service they offer. They will go to your house to fix the item and replace if they can't fix. Haven't used it yet but that is what they say.

Fortunately, I have not used the five year geed squad protection plan. Hopefully, I will not need to use this. Just purchased it as an insurance policy.
