I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

Better to be safe than sorry. Five year warranty for peace of mind.

I wouldn't buy a thing without The Geek Squad protection plan especially a big TV that hangs on the wall.

You can not go wrong with the geek squad, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommend getting a warrenty with them for every purchase.

I had geek squad service for my other TV and when that one broke down they were true to their words and traded it in for a newer TV

I got the warranty based on the fact that the item I was replacing was a couple years old. The cost of repair was more than it was worth. So when I replaced it I just got the extended warranty.

Geek squad is the thing to buy if you are buying electronic products from Best Buy. It gives you piece of mind. Less hassle and great customer satisfaction. I never had any problem whatsoever but would love to see quick phone connection when I dial customer support.

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. That made my purchase all the more fantastic, knowing that any maintenance I might need in the future would be handled by experienced Best Buy service techs. Thanks, Best Buy! You Rock!

I have not had to use this protection as of yet however, I am sure they will take pretty good care of my product.
