Geek squad were reluable, knowledgeable and answered all my questions

Loved that a five year plan was offered for my new TV. I never buy any big ticket item from Best Buy without the protection plan!

The first HDTV I bought in 2004 died an early death right outside the manufacturers standard warranty. Just bought my first 4k tv and this plan will save me from reliving that experience.

Always a smart thing to have, especially since Geek Squad is so dependable, professional, and quick to respond/book appointments.

I have bought it before and used it. They will try to fix it the first time or up to three times before getting a voucher for new TV. Electronic parts are expensive without this protection.

I recommend getting an additional service plan ALWAYS.

We like the 2 year warranty we purchased with our new tv. I love the feature that we take it in to the store and if they can't fix it then we get credit for a new tv. Makes it convenient!!

There is no better coverage than geek squad. Geek squad coverage is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy. I’d pay more for the product just for the geek squad advantage.

We only purchased the extended warranty on our T.V. due to the cost to replace or repair. Thankfully we have not had to use the service, but am happy for the peace of mind.
