This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

Good tv. Just 1 mark on the bottom left of the screen that was their when I got it but other than that it's great.

As of this date in my life I have been very lucky with all my electronic purchases and not having to use any kind of extended service. I know as some point this is going to run out and if I can have five years of piece of mind I am good with that.

Havent had to use the protection yet. But noce to have peace of mind.

This is a protection plan. I have had excellent experience with geek squad changing components on my computer and using best buy warranties on my old smart watch so there shouldn't be an issue. But only time will tell.

We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.

Geek Squad is a must for products hard to replace for expense reasons. They have always been able to resolve my issues remotely or at BB in a timely manner.
