good insurance for the price,cant replace tv for the cost and havent had to use yet

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it…

The Geek did a job, it was a clean and neat setup. The Geek Squad took the time to go thru all the functions on the tv.

If you're gonna buy something it's worth the warranty just pay the money and no hassle.

This is an easy choice for me. I have had a TV go out at 3 year 11 months and they sent a service person out to look at it. They couldn't fix and replaced it without a fight.

Havent had to Use it yet, but was very cheap for only 2 years. Have used geeksquad before and they work fast.
