I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

Simply put... I appreciate the way getting me a new workable television was handled, and I further appreciate the young lady who went above and beyond (I feel) to set my mind at ease. Kudos!!!

I can’t really review this because I just got it but it’s always good to know I at least have some type of protection for the tv.

An extended warranty from BestBuy is a great idea for expensive items like refrigerators. I used it once for the ice maker and later when the compressor went out. After a couple of repairs, they decided to replace the whole refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty!

Bought it opened box to save money as my old one went out works just like new I'm happy with it
