Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

I hope I will never need it but I'm super happy I was able to purchase this protection for our tv.

Tv will not work with the remote I have called talked to geek squad service and ask if they could come back and make this tv turn on , it turns off but not on ! How can I answer the next question would you recommend this geek squad service to a friend?

They helped me to setup a fit bit watch and transfer my information from the old computer to the new computer.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

I will always purchase the protection plan from Best Buy. I had a past TV which had an issue and Best Buy honored the plan. I got a new replacement TV. It was easy and they walked me through every step. Very satisfied!!
