I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

Put five year extended cover because my other tv had two year and expired 10 days after

This is a great deal I had a tv I purchased in 2013 and they give me a amount back so I could get new tv without paying a big price

Bought this warranty just in case my pixels go bad after tv coverage expires

Haven’t used it yet but it is good to know it is there, especially with a Sony TV.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up Mom's TV and the man from Geek Squad took away her old broken down TV what great service.

I haven't needed the geek squad protection yet but it makes me feel better knowing I have protection in case something happens.

Have not needed to use the geek squad yet. But I'm sure they will be useful if needed

I never used to get warrantees on any products but Best Buy has a great price for protecting all your devices and appliances,

I am only two months into the five year, but I have had to make two calls to the Geek Squad and both times the agents were very friendly and helpful.

Haven't had to use for the camera yet but I'm sure If I do it will be a great service.
