This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

Pretty good price for 5 years of protection. Cant complain

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

They need no staff to assist customers more faster

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

Everyone I spoke to was fantastic very polite very knowledgeable just the whole customer service they work great

In light of how much the TV cost itself, the pricing for the 2 yr service protection was worth it; but not any longer. I figure any real problem will likely happen within the 2 years. after that, repairs might not even be worth it as technology moves so fast.

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered
