love geek squad and protection plans always need it

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

its there when i have an issue and have not run into one yet so its hard to tell im sure it would be of a great benefit if i run into and issue

I am so glad I purchased the plan. At first I was not sure to get the plan but I am real grateful I did. I bought a brand new Tv and the main board was bad the geek squad tech ordered a replacement. If you have major money in electronics, you should have this.

I always get the Geek Squad warranty for my larger ticket items. Can't beat the no hassle guarantee since the manufacturers rarely live up to the warranty and with a large item like a TV, it is impossible to ship around so the in store warranty is worth every penny.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.

Haven't had to use this yet since the tv I just bought is working fine, but I've always had good experiences with Best Buy and no hassle warranties.

Best Buy Geek Squad has the best protection plans on Electronics as well as they've got the best return policy, exchange, replacement, ect... I highly recommend getting Electronics from Best Buy & purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan.

Usually don't purchase warranties, but wanted to get one for my OLED, to hedge against burn-in risk. Grateful that this warranty covers burn-in, as most don't. Worth the premium in price, in my opinion.
