Glad I purchased the 5 year protection plan because I don’t think it’s that good of a tv.

My TV sound was going on and off so I brought the TV in for service under the 5 year protection. After review, my TV was replaced with a newer model. I'm very pleased and have now purchased protection for my new TV.

Geek Squad Protection is always a good purchase. If nothing else, it will at least put you at ease for however many years it's for. If anything goes wrong, you're basically guaranteed a working product. Whether they fix yours, or give you a new one.

You protect your junk why not your TV? I was told by a repair man with15yrs in the trade Samsung puts weak transistors in their boards so I was glad to have purchased the extended warranty, you should too unless you've got enough disposable income or an advancing technology addiction to buy a new one every 2 years.

I got this protection plan for my tv and glad I am covered for 5 yesrs. Geek squad alway make things easier without all the hassle.

The team showed up on time, very professional and safe. They kept socially distanced and wore masks. Provided us recommendations on TV placement, etc. very much worth the additional cost to have the TV installed professionally. Highly recommend.

It brings much relief knowing if i have any problems with my tv the greek squad is there. So far i havent had to use it but by y he time these 2 years are up I'm planning tp extend my warranty...

Can't go wrong. The protection program is a must for anybody spending more than $200. I use geek squad protection once in the 10 years I have shopped at Best Buy and it has paid for itself even for that length of time. The two-year geek squad protection plan, in my opinion is a smart move, even "a must". TY. GmanC

Cheap peace of mind when buying electronics. Things happen and nothing is getting any cheaper to replace, so it makes sence to me to get the warranty on some items.

TV stopped working while under warranty. They sent it out and it was too much to fix so they instead gave me back the money I’d originally paid for it. Used that money to get a 60”. No hassles. Will always go with the extended geek squad warranty!

Geek squad has always been a wise purchase. My last TV stopped working after a couple years, and geek squad covered everything,

I but the protection on larger itiems and glad we did. Our $2,200 Sharp TV and a problem and they refunded the entire purchase price 2 years into the contract and we were able to purchase a newer, better TV. There was no hassle involved. Good to have with major electronic or appliance purchases, worth the extra cost.

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....

Our tv went out and I was so glad to have the protection plan! Geek squad was super helpful and got us squared away!

I absolutely LOVE my MAC computer. .it does everything I need it to do for home and work life. I couldn't have made a better decision for a desk top.
