Agents brought new TV inside and set it up on my TV rotating stand

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

No haggle, straight cut and dry coverage. Past warranty transaction i brought my Bluetooth buds into best buy and explained the issue and they smoothly inspected and exchanged. Thanks Geek squad!!

So we haven't had to use this yet thankfully but the peace of mind makes us very happy.

Haven’t had to use but do know from past experiences that the geek squad is very good. Always helpful and will replace if item cannot be fixed. Option I would recommend on appliances, etc. depending on cost of item and geek squad price

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

I've purchased this for previous items and it is a must for the cost.

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

I did not initially purchase Gerk Squad for my TV, but during the grace period we had an issue and needed assistance. Geek Squad showed up right on time!!

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

You just need it. Do you know how many things I’ve had that broke after the factory warranty was up? The geek squad warranties are the best thing to have. Easy to use, a fantastic value. I’ve use their warranties on TVs and clothes washing machines.

Purchased this for my new SONY OLED TV. Have had this service before, and it becomes very handy when your new electronic device you just spent over 1K on brakes right on the 1 year mark. If financially suitable, would definitely recommend.
