called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I really like this service because Best Buy always takes care of their Customers and very friendly Geek Squad staff willing to help people with their products. Good choice for warranty and protections as well.

I think the protection plan is great insurance and if needed deal direct with Beat Buy vs a mfgr….

I always get the geek squad protection. It provides great service if you ever need and and peace of mind in case something goes wrong. The price is worth the peace of mind.

The geek squad save me a couple of times with the extended warranty on my products. So i would recommend it to anyone that's buying products that they want to insure

The limited warranty that come with the televisions with today’s Technology are extremely limited. With the geek squad warranty you have more than one year an expert service at your disposal and it’s far from limited.

Geek Squad warranty replaced previous television when it was determined that the television could not be repaired. Ended up with a television upgrade. Frustrated customer (because of previous TV) turned happy and satisfied customer.

I did some research and settled on the Samsung TV. Had great picture quality, and good service life. When I got it home was easy to set up. great picture quality and good features. I love that it is a smart TV apps built into the TV.
