Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

I can really appreciate the protection plan & the geek squad. It's really a great idea to get the coverage on everything. I had my tv almost a month something happened with red dots throughout the tv & there replacing it at no cost to be brand new. Always get the coverage!!

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

This was a great purchase. I don't have to worry if something goes wrong. If it does I can just pick up the phone schedule an appointment for the Geek squad to come out. I leave it to the professionals.

Geek squad is always good to have if I can insurance on your TV. It’s always nice and it eases your mind knowing you have insurance on your TV or your appliances.

So glad to be able to have this protection because with having 3 boys in the house, you never know what could happen.

I love that the protection plan is 5 years for protection on products that are high priced items. I am happy with the options and the peace of mind that having the long term protection gives you. Very pleased that I purchased the protection plan for these reasons.

So glad I got this protection plan! It paid for itself shortly after the first year when my manufacturers warranty ran out. In-home service was excellent. Unfortunately I had to buy a new plan with the new replacement TV.

The purchase of insurance for my new television was easy. Received an email right away. Happy with what the insurance offer. Originally when I purchased my television and went to curbside pickup, received email saying that I still have time to purchase. Love it.

I had to geek squad on my 65 inch color TV in my computers. They were good anytime I bought a back I had a problem somebody came out no problem. Thank you Best Buy.

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

If you’re going to get something expensive buy the protection plan it’s worth it. You may never use it but then you never know what can happen. If lighting strikes and your tv is on and it blows something out you’ll know you’ll be covered.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

I think this is the best warranty service that you have.

Mounting was already in place. This is a replacement television and a birthday present for my grandson.

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.
