The extended warranty is a bit pricey but still consider it worth the price should it be needed in the future,

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

Good service quality, very kind, fast solution, they check and give a solution in less than a week.

I love best buys warranty. My uncle works for ABC warehouse and I still would buy from best buy before there just because of your warranty.

No one ever wants to have to use this but it’s best safe than sorry so we always opt for this added coverage. It’s so much less stress when something goes wrong and just added peace of mind for that “what if” moment. Definitely worth the investment.

I’ve had The Geeks on everything I’ve bought from Best Buy. I have been so pleased with their ability to fix each of my computers when I’ve problems. I’ve recently had to get a new microwave and even that was a breeze. Thank you Geeks for being there.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I’ve had the geek squad before it’s a great plan. Anything over $25 I usually put a plan on. You never know I’m gonna happen and they’re always good when you need something.

Defiantly worth having this protection for an oled tv. Best Buy is the only warrant that covers burn in. This gives me peace of mind when making such a large purchase. It is expensive. Would not buy another oled without the warranty

I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

I love the protection plans they offer they are the best that’s why I always get one on anything they let me it’s worth the money and it’s so fast if you ever need to use it
