Got the 5 year protection because my previous TV died shortly after 3 years! Thankfully I have not needed the Geek Squad but the one experience I did have went well and was very professional.

Bought this protection with a television and ended up needing it, which got me the defective tv replaced for free. So glad I got it!! Purchased another item recently with this protection too, and hope to not need it again but kno I'm protected if I do. Appreciate the fact best buy does this service at a low cost.

It was nice to have this but it’s a bit costly in imo. If you have things you need help setting up in home it’s a good deal. If you have many things you want looked at and can bring them in it’s a good deal

Thi protection is worth every penny! We had this on our last TV and the TV started to show screen burns after only to years. The coverage allowed us to replace the faulty TV at no additional out of pocket.

Really expensive for a 77" OLED but you need a warranty with something this pricey. Ive had issues in the past with tvs and BB warranty and geek squad were always great

I bought this TV for my grandfather and he is enjoying it. Picture looks great for a budget TV. With the price you know what your getting.

This 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is highly recommended. Always get it on everything I can from Best Buy. Just in case. They pretty much always come through if we have had issues with items that are covered.
