I purchased a Samsung 65" TV and it was delivered on time and set up in a short period of time. They had to move a heavy cabinet to get to the plug in's. They were very knowledgeable and polite. Answered any questions I had.

I did an easy setup and enjoy the automatic features my old TV didn't have. Geek squad got me through the initial setup questions.

WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

I hope I don't have to use it, I'm happy with my product and I wouldn't like it to be damaged even if the insurance is good

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for my products because I know that they are very reliable when it comes to responding to its customers when necessary! They certainly give you piece of mind as a consumer.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection on a device you expect to use and have for a long time. Every time I've had to use the Geek Squad Protection plan for an item that I got coverage on, the service has been great.

It is always a great idea to purchase an extended warranty for purchases which qualify. I have purchase Geek Squad protection for other products I have purchased from Best Buy. The sales personnel do not pressure you to purchase the protection. They do an excellent job in explaining the protection.

wouldn't leave or buy anything from best buy without the knowledge that i would have a protection plan for my product. i have used the protection plan multiple times before and they do pay off in the long wrong if there is a problem.

I have never had any trouble getting replacements for products that have gone bad within the warranty period. It is money well spent if you do not want to have to pay to replace the product if it is defective outside of the manufacturers warranty.

It's when you think that nothing will happen with my purchase, suddenly something happens ans you wished you would have added protection. ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD!!

This product is protected my tv for years I am very satisfied with it

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

I hope I never have to use this protection plan but I am very satisfied with the fact that I do not have to mail my television anywhere, all I have to do is repackage it and bring it back to the store with the receipt and they will either fix it or give my money back. Why less of a hassle for me.

I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

Recommend this for every appliance purchase. It gives a piece of mind knowing accidentals are covered or can be fixed

Great people that honor there warranty, anytime anythings messed up they've fixed it no problems.

My TV needed repair it's working fine now worth the cost you never know if your product will break down my LG TV was only 2yrs old when it broke down and the cost of the warranty was worth the cost it would of cost more to fix or replace the TV I buy a extended warranty for any product that cost over $100 dollars....Can't go wrong
