I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were efficient and very pleasant.

Haven't needed it yet, but I am glad it's there should I ever have a problem.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

The extended warranty though the Geek squad give you a 5 year warranty.

Great price for a 5 year protection plan, if something breaks, you would spend a lot more without it
