Never have used a protection before, but this time it paid off, and everyone we worked with were excellent.

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

For a television of this value, it made total sense to opt for the Geek Squad service. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I am completely covered for most things that can go wrong.

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

It’s good to have protection on your items that you purchase, because accident do happen.

Paid for a 5 yr coverage agreement. Was told it would start at the end of the manufacturers warranty effectively providing six years of coverage. Not so. It starts from day one so it really is just a four year warranty. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

Definitely recommend getting the Geek squad coverage. Definitely worth it. Specially when buying lower end brands since most likely to break.

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.
