Tv went out and being under warranty they brought a replacement to my home!!

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

A must have, especially if you're purchasing a new TV. Its saved me on multiple occasions when my tv has started having issues after 2-3 years

I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

At first I was thinking I would self-insure myself with my very expensive 75 inch Sony TV. But after reading some reviews about how costly this model is to repair I decided to opt for the five year protection plan for a piece of mine.
