Who,are you going to call after the manufacturer warranty ends? Best Buy Geek Squad, that’s who. They are the best and will be there when/if needed.

I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Should have bought the 5 year warranty. TV took spike a couple months after warranty ran out.

this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

My sales person brought my TV to my truck let my seats down and make sure that my TV 75 inch fit in my truck

Bought this protection with a television and ended up needing it, which got me the defective tv replaced for free. So glad I got it!! Purchased another item recently with this protection too, and hope to not need it again but kno I'm protected if I do. Appreciate the fact best buy does this service at a low cost.

This service contract is well worth it. If anything goes wrong they will come fix it or replace

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for my products because I know that they are very reliable when it comes to responding to its customers when necessary! They certainly give you piece of mind as a consumer.
