I'm super glad I had this plan. It saved me from paying full price on a new TV. Bad thing is, everything is done over the phone, and NO 2 people tell you the same thing. NO 2 people have any idea what the last person did, or is doing. If you use this: REFUSE a 3rd party to take care of you. Only use a Best Buy paid Geek Squad employee to do any of the work, AND evaluation. I ended up having to go tho the store in person throwing a temper tantrum to get this resolved correctly. Thank God for the store manager, he was a tremendous help. He got done in 2 days what the phone numbers I call couldn't get done in 2 weeks.

Good to have. I have broken many things before and having this protection gives me some piece of mind.

Yes yes yes it is worth every peny i purchase this for my tv my ty got broke somting happen to it but they paid me the tv back

Have not had to use the warranty yet since we just recently bought the TV. It was so inexpensive it didn't make sense not to buy it. Great value and I'm sure the service from the Geek Squad will be amazing!

This has been a good phone. I have had it for a couple years and I have not had any issues.

The service is by far one of the best in its category. It gives little to no issues and ensures a great user experience.

We always buy the 5 year protection plan on any TV we buy from Best Buy. Just replaced one that was no longer repairable. Good investment.

But if I do, I am glad I got it to protect my investment. I wish I had bought on the LG set that went bad after 2 years. Went back to Samsung with the extended warrenty - can sleep good now.

Had to get coverage for my new Oled tv purchase & the price was fair.

There is no way I cannot get a warranty with any Best Buy electronics. I considered the warranties closures they have honored them fully. A++

I feel relieved to have this awesome protection plan. Best Buy stands behind its products with no hassle. I am relieved I have not had any problems so far.

I did not use the Geek Squad for my new TV. We did not mount it on the wall. It is on my dresser. Sorry I did not have a review for you.

A must have when making a big expensive purchase. It just sucks that the 2 years kicks in right away and not after manufacture warranty

I haven't had to utilize Geek Squad for my recent purchase. But I've used it in the past and they are knowledgeable, efficient and great customer services.

When I purchase this membership, I was a bit skeptical. My printer needed service. Geek squad showed up and was able to service my printer quick and I was able to continue my day productively.

It's always good to have back up, even if you think you are careful and take good care of your products!!!
