I would not by a 4k tv without a warranty. The price of tv are kind of high. Would recommend for all.

I'm glad to purchase the protection plan. I was nervous about all the problem I read about all the smart TV. This protection will give me peace in mind.

I got this for my new TV since it had new tech. I hope I never have to use it.

We mounted our own TV, so didt need the installation, but we would have used them if necessary.

Always good to have your electronics protected. And the fact i buy most my electronics from BB its an all in one coverage

We decided on a 5 year plan, last TV died after 2 years.

You can never have enough security and protection on your devices and products these days you just never know what will happen.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m sure the service they provide is epic. Hopefully I won’t need it for awhile though

The agent was very knowledgeable of product and guided me through all the steps I needed to get it up and running properly.

I haven't had to use the Geek squad yet, but I included it in my purchase because I learned my lesson from an old purchase.

Geek Squad service is always top notch. They seem to always know what the problem is. Never had a bad experience with them.

I am 73 and don't buy anything without coverage for it anymore as things are way beyond my electronic knowledge.

We bought extended warranty cuz we have needed to use it in prior years on other TV and we had no issues with it.

Never used but knowing we have it gives us peace of mind, especially on open box items.

Always opt for Geek Squad protection for high end products... it is always hard to swallow the extra cost but the risks are minimized.
