I think the Geek are the best cause they help you in a lot of ways they make sure you are protected and you feel so happy because they look into everything. PS that's why I recommend the Geek group as well cause they take care of you to the best of knowledge to help you .

Purchased this TV over a year for the sole purpose of gaming with my PS5. I have not been disappointed! Excellent picture quality and the frame refresh rate is amazing! I would definitely buy again!

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

I bought a television over 4 years ago, Had to take it back because it was malfunctioning. Customers, anytime your purchase an electronic item from BestBuy, always, always, always purchase the extended warranty with the Geek Squad! Indeed it the best investment ever. They truly stand by their word! They refunded my money since they weren’t able to fix the television and I bought a brand new updated one with better features!

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.

I have always wanted to get an OLED TV but was always afraid of burn in. With this protection plan, I was able to safely take the leap and boy am I happy I did so. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, don't even think about it, get this protection.

Good expalanation for necessity of protection plan.

At first i wasnt to sure about getting this, the TV was already expensive enough right but then it was brought to my attention that anything could happen and in the past i have had TVs damaged without having a back uo plan, getting this protwction plan was and still is a great choice if you truly want this TvlV for ling term.

Haven’t needed the service yet, but I am very glad that I purchased the extra two years. For peace of mind and generally have a tendency to up and stop working for no apparent reason. Maybe just bad luck or something else. But knowing that I had the geek squad there to help me really give me that piece of mind I was speaking about.
