Got geek squad to protect my lop top they always helps

Haven’t had to use this service yet, but in the past, it’s been seamless and easy.

Good coverage for the price you can't beat it can't go wrong at all.

The tv does not have much of a volume. We need to have it mostly at 90 out of 100 to hear much. Almost needs extra speakers which does not seem correct. Never had a problem with our other TVs like this one. Not that happy with this new tv.

Every time I have an issue Geek Squad always find the answer

the geek squad is so so only thing is that they have to send the tv out they dont do the repairs inhouse when you renew the plan do 1 year at a time cause if they total the tv and give you a refund they wont credit you they balance of the unused contract example: if you buy a 5 year contract and on the 1st year it goes bad and they total the tv they wont credit you for the unused contract or even prorate the contract
