I purchased this protection plan for my TV in case of the TV stops working. the only negative is wont replace cracked screens

This protection is tricky. You think you would have a total of 6 years of protection but you don't. So the one-year warranty from the manufacture doesn't apply. So you're losing one year of protection. This is a sneaky move by Best Buy. And you don't know it till you call in about the protection.

I bought protection from best buy , but did not using yet so I don't know good or no good.
