Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

Some service contracts are questionable based on their trustworthiness. Best Buy/Geek Squad is a reliable choice when buying a service contract!

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Got Geek Squad for my LG Air Conditioner because the previous one on wheels broke after 2 years. Warranties like this are necessary with AC's that breakdown after a short time

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.

Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.
