I always feel it is good to buy a plan to further the warrantee.

Great warranty and good to have for your investment but a bit pricey.

For the price, I don’t have to worry about repairs for two years.

Nice to know if something goes wrong that they will come out and fix it.

Not sure about this service package, but my past ones were very good. I want to make sure my TV works as it should for at least two years and this insurance should help this plan

Haven't used the geek squad yet but it's nice knowing i have something that can protect my devices

I was delivered a 85” with a huge crack in the screen and after weeks of getting bounced between Samsung and Best Buy I still have a broken TV with no answers. Best Buy is refusing to remedy this situation even with the protection plan. No use in buying the plan, even if the product is ruined by a Best Buy employee themselves, they still won’t fix it.

When my TV went down; I was sent pick up a replacement. When I went to get replacement; I was told I was lied to. While on the phone with store manager and geek squad; they agreed I was lied to, it was in the notes, on speakerphone they pointed at the other stating only they could make an exception I was sent him with defective product I was told to pay someone else to fix it and they would pay me back in 3-4 weeks; I didn’t know I bought a “repair or replace or pay someone else to repair it and we will pay you back in a month” plan... 3 months later I Finally got TV repaired, it couldn’t and had to be replaced, the like for like model that I was sent to pick up in stock that day, no longer available...and they can’t deliver to my home so I needed to wait 3-4 weeks for a gift card... No body at Best Buy gives a **** about you. They got excuses, called covid, but when you look at the business practices of companies like Apple and Cellphone carriers; you see real quick, it’s not their excuses, it’s their bad execution, poor planning, and judgement. Quite simply they should have paid someone else to repair it, not me, or replaced it when I was falsely sent to the store, on their word, but instead they would rather have this review. Buyers Beware....their excuses are an exception to the fine print.
