This is my first time using Geek Squad and am hoping not to use it, but it is backup for an emergency.

You should start this warranty after ,the mansfactor warranty run out.Not start the same year.

Geek squad never sent me a reminder telling me that my 2 year support was about to end

It has now been three appointments in a row, with either no one showing up (no call & no email that the appointment would be cancelled), or the company cancelling the appointment 40 mins before the appointment window expires (windows 7am - 12pm - got a call at 11:20am). Back and forth on hold and talking yo an agent for over an hour and half, to only be told we will try to get you rescheduled!!! BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AMD DON’T PURCHASE THEIR OVER PRICED, CRAPPY SERVICE PLANS. It does no good if you can’t even get someone out to make the repair?!?

Not the best but not the worst. There's always better

Got a TV for my parents and got the protection coverage. Never had to use it, but glad we have in case anything goes wrong.

Not sure to which item this is for. But I have not had to use use it as of this date.

canceled appointment and said I did it. Did not show up as agreed did not do all the service we agreed upon. I bought a defective TV the technician did his diagnosis and agreed however while the are replacing the 65" TV they will not take it off the wall or put the new one back. Why should I have to pay them or someone else for something that would not have been necessary had I got a working product

Haven’t used it for my tv yet and I’m hoping vizo will take care of me after the two year

Great tv..but it literally just died 05 12 2022.. purchased February 2020. Warranty just expired..

Good insurance for electronics. Only complaint is that it seems like hou loose a year awaiting manufactures 1 year warranty of your product to expire until you can use it.

Not sure it was worth it. Was led to believe it piggybacked the manufacturers warranty, but it doesn't.

They did right by us...but it took almost 2 months which I thought was a little crazy. However...in the end my issue was resolved...

I bought for my TV, I haven't used this service yet. I could not say its poor or excellent.

Total waste of money. will charge you t to come anyway so why bother, glitchy TV I am now stuck with as it is NOT fixable, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY~!

You have to wait hours on the phone to a call center with people that don't speak good English. Can't call any store directly. so when your stuff breaks plan to not have it for a long while!

Worth it till the item may have a defect at no fault of your own that their so called smart squad deems it as a physical damage.
