over 2 weeks and still broken tv

Waste of money on a tv

Terrible Service

Been on the phone for 20 minutes now and no one has actually been able to schedule a repair for a 55 inch TV that I paid a 2 year protection plan for.

Posted .That is a long time to be on the phone, I can understand how that would be disappointing, especially when you are anticipating the great service that should come with your Geek Squad Protection. I hope that everything was able to be scheduled yesterday, but if not, please do give us a call back at (800) GEEK SQUAD which is (800) 433-5778 so that we can attempt to get your TV back up and running as soon as possible.

Useless help

I had to sign in to get an appointment first. I was there at 2pm and the first open slot was at 3:45 pm. I went to Office Max and they answered my question on the spot and I did not have to buy anything.
