Haven’t had to use this yet. I did have one question but I was able to figure it out without the help.

This is a good thing to have on any electronica items of value. Much easier than dealing with the manufacturer.

I purchased the extended warranty, but haven't used it so don't know if it was worth paying the extra money. I suppose it does give you a peace of mind.

I have had some electronics and a TV go bad before its supposed lifetime. It stinks to spend the extra, but we all are happy to have insurance when we need it

So far so good haven’t really needed it yet. Expected them to install tv at delivery did not happen.

Haven't needed it yet and hope I don't. We used it on our last TV and it was a good value.

I have purchased Geek Squad extended warranties for decades spending into the $1,000’s +. I finally try and use it and it is beyond terrible. They are having a 3rd party repair shop fix it however the repair shop can’t reach the special services department of Geek Squad so they have told me that I have too call them. I have collectively spent over 7 hours on hold for them and have yet to reach this special department within Geek Squad. I tell everyone to purchase from them vs Amazon but now I have to change that. Just give me a new TV.

we have not used this service so we ca not make any comment when we will use that time we will update

Having a hard time finding a replacement for my Sony Bravia without having to pay a price difference since my model is no longer available.

Bought a tv along with geek squad warranty 4 months ago. About a month ago tv stopped working contacted best buy a tech. came out twice to try and fix it, but was unable to. Last time tech. showed up he said he would follow up the same day to let me know how to proceed with the issue. The tech never called back, a week later i called geek squad wondering what happened, i was told a supervisor would call me back within 4 hours. Its been a week and no call. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

The geek squad doesn't come up in Best Buy computer. I wanted them to tune the yv, but they say we don't have geek squad.

Well where to start. I am no dummy to computers. I had the extended warranty on my desk top. It started doing shutting down so I know something was breaking. I took it in and the first thing they told me is that I have a virus. Well I know it didn't have a virus. They did something and I took it home well it was still acting up. I took it back they said I needed to buy this geek squad because my extended warranty didn't cover them looking at it. I paid another 99.00 for it. Then again they said it had a virus I said no it dose not. After a bit they said they would keep it and do more checking. Well they called in a few days to tell me the motherboard was going out on it. I said well that sure isn't a virus. Now the motherboard is covered under that extended warranty. I should not of had to buy the geek squad. So after a month they had to send it out and get fixed. I picked it up they said it was already to go. I said great lets plug it in and see it start. Well go thing I did because they mounted the motherboard crooked and could not plug in the monitor cable plus another. they had to take it apart and redo it. So yes I was upset. I live a hour from Best Buy. And if I didn't make them show it was working I would of drove all the way home to find out I couldn't hook it up, then drive all they way back. Also, one of the kids said if you don't like it too bad and something else which I do not remember.

Never had to use this service. The items purchased have worked just fine and didn’t need professional installation

I bought a brand new 50" TV and the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy. As soon as I got home and turned it on, I noticed it had a grey blotch on TV. I called the support services, they sent out a guy from LG who looked at it and said "get a new TV." I call Best Buy asking for them to please come and replace it. I am 100 lbs and live alone. I can't carry a 50" TV to you guys. They said NO. WHAT did I pay the extra money for geek squad for?? Now I'm stuck with a defective TV that I just bought. USELESS and your customer service sucks.

Broken tv in arrival. Had to help them lift the tv up

Normally I don't buy the additional service coverage but since I was having a rash of issue with electrical equipment lately, I thought it was a good idea.

Great product! Needs to have accidental damage included as well
