Tv warranty

Bought the warranty that covered accidental on the tv, or so we thought. The warranty they sold us was not the right fit for us even though we were told differently. VERY disappointed with best buy. The only reason we spend so much money at best buy is because they had awesome warranties...no more.

Marvin told me that he escalated the problem of the BROKEN ROTATING RING which was shown to me by the Installer. Marvin said that I would be contacted by Best Buy but it's been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. RECEIVED

A great idea

Addendum to manufacturers warranty
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad warranty is good except for the fact the clock starts at purchase however your still stuck dealing with the manufacturer directly for the manufacturer warranty period, Best Buy claims your covered from day one except that’s only for non covered issues. You can’t go to Best Buy for covered issues or handle the repair via the manufacturer. That part is ridiculous.
