    Not good. Can't utilize untill after manufacturer's warranty runs out!-- Thus not worth the extra cost!!

    I didn't get my order delivered because the delivery company didn't receive my order. Sao, I have requested for my money to be returned. Hopefully, I will get my refund for an order that I did not receive.

    5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection) this what it gets you best buy will sale you a 50" Insignia but will not let you bring into store to get check out and see why i wont work will had off to sum out fit in Kansas n they decide when to come look @ it Geek Squad has me for a Appointment on the 18th but White Eagle Technologies has it as when we can get parts if no sound r black screen n will not come on what PART IS going to fix this will be the 2nd in 2yrs i dont talk bad bout a biz ness but 2 weeks for a answer is wrong

    The insulation was great now I am trying to get service on my TV. I can’t get an appointment. Never had this problem before for any of the products I have purchased.

    I did not know I’d purchased this product. Which in itself should give you cause for concern. I previously had this service, wasn’t happy and had cancelled it... Guess the Geek Squad did not like being cancelled!

    It's overpriced but since TVs only last a few years nowadays, this feels necessary. Thanks planned obsolescence.

    We purchased this in additional to our AppleCare and Microsoft protection plans. Initially, it was a good value as we were having several items installed at our home, and it cut those costs down. Nearly a year in, I've reached out twice (once about the virus protection included in the plan, once for another technical issue) and both times it was a nightmare finding someone to help. I will not be renewing.

    Check and see if you can get a warranty from the actual manufacturer before going with this warranty for example instead of geek squad i have a warranty with TCL themselves no hassle replacement including a 1 time free remote replacement
