    Covers everything, but accidental TV screen damage which is never made obvious when purchasing plan. Do NOT their protection plan.

    Apparently, the parties responsible for adding service plans to profiles fell asleep the day I purchased my TV and now my paid plan that I can clearly see under my profile is lost in space. Spending what half a day to track it now.

    There is no point in having geek squad. It won’t get anything resolved. You will end up wasting lot of time and frustrated.

    I only chose this rating because every item I've purchased from Best Buy I purchased a 5 yr warranty. I guess they canceled the 5 yr plan. 2 yrs just simply isn't enough

    You can get this same warranty from any online store and pay a quarter of the price to get this quality of a warranty. I wish Best Buy would lower there price of there warranties.

    stay away. this only applies after warranty expires... so basically useless for the first year (at least). pointless buy... wont fall for this one again

    Very disappointed brought in september 2022 its only December 2022 and the tv speaker is having problems its going in and out. Not a reliable product!

    Doesn’t cover what you need it to cover. Waste of money for tv insurance. Last time I ever buy insurance from Best Buy. Keep your money go somewhere else

    I had a problem with my 1 month old LG tv and was told to call LG it wasn't their there problem.

    Was told at check out it would cover if the screen got broken and then was told when we called it did not cover accidents.

    got stuck with this plan, may just cancel it out. felt it was just waste of money as this product is no longer offered anymore. just not too sure if they fully cover this product with this expensive plan. as you know they always have a catch. have never tried to use the plan before.

    On the general page, they said they protect accidentally drop or crack but excludes Television. Why do I actually need the protection?
