Always have an extended warranty. All electric items always break around manufacture warranty which is unfortunate.

Purchased the 50" version for a bedroom as a secondary TV. I have an LG c1 OLED so was ready for a big difference in quality. (A year or so ago I purchased a budget model and the quality was so bad I returned it to Best Buy to purchase the C1.) The picture quality and sound are outstanding. Much better than I expected. It was packaged and protected very well and was very simple to set-up. Had it up and running in 30 minutes off of wi-fi - no cable - and picture quality and sound were awesome using Prime video, Tubi, YouTube and a few others. I read many reviews on a bunch of TV's and went to a site called RTings to see what they recommended. This Hisense was ranked best in it's class. The only big negative as picture quality at extreme viewing angles - which doesn't impact me in the bedroom - but even that, when viewing from the side didn't seem too bad, I have only had it for a day but hope it continues to perform like this for a long time.

I bought an LG OLED and purchased this warranty along with it. If you decide to make a really big purchase, I think its worth it to have the extra security of knowing your still in warranty just incase something happens. However there are a few things I think could be better about this warranty. The warranty should start once your manufacturer warranty ends. So if you pay for a 2 year extension. Your technically only getting an extra year because the warranty starts as soon as you make the purchase

The membership prices are amazing it notified me about my past purchases on how the price dropped since then, and I save a lot of money with the price match. Also the peace of mind knowing Geek squad standing by for whatever tech support you need.

This protection program is invaluable. I think it's an absolute must when making an expensive purchase. I've used it quite a few times through the years and I've never had any problems.

So far I think it was worth having to protect your purchase.
