Always a comfort to know that I have geek squad protection! Electronic devices are very iffy these days so when it’s 4 months or 24 months later and my device starts breaking down for god knows why. I’m happy I invested in geek squad.

We got this to replace a tv we bought less then 3 years ago. This TV was such great quality. The set up was so simple I was able to connect mt phone as well with the smart things app by Samsung The stand is very sturdy and will for sure not allow the TV to fall. The sound is amazing. It sounds like you have a theater system hood up! I love that it has the depth perception sound to it so if something is swinging it truly sounds that way. The picture is crystal clear! It also will automatically adjust to the setting of the room giving you the best picture. We love using our Netflix, Prime and Pandora apps on this Tv.

I typically always purchase geek squad warranty for my products from Best buy, I have never regretted it.

The picture on this TV is incredible. There are several selections available to get the picture crystal clear 4k which can make the picture appear lifelike to just that perfect movie grain look. Updates require...well just connect to wifi to download. My problem...HDMI has severe issues with thus TV. I bought this TV to replace a still working 2008 KDL 42 inch. That tv was flawless with HDMI set up. It also had a great soundbar built in. Since these new tvs have terrible speakers i bought a sound bar. My set up: Direct Tv port 1, Xbox one x port 2, Soundbar Port3 arc, Roku port4. Everytime...the sound bar plugged into port 3 shows on port 1. The xbox never shows logged into the tv as a registered HDMI unit nor does Ditect TV. The end result...the soundbar drops HDMI sound every day. I have to reset the tv daily. Ive called Sony several times and get the terrible out of the country support that reads from the same manual that ive read that does not help. Ive pulled out the sound bar...the Tv shows on port 1. Plug the sound bar back in and it shows on port 1 and 3. Its a nightmare. The manual mentions HDMI crossbraiding issues if too many HDMI units are plugged in but i only have 4. Ill give 3 stars for the picture but wish i could give zero stars for these HDMI issues. It shouldnt be complicated. It should be plug and play. Its a shame...my old sony was great youd figure they'd do better as time goes on...guess i was wrong.

This Mini LEDs TV is bright and beautiful! Replacing a 65” LG OLED in my living room that unfortunately suffers from burn-in. The Hisense 65U8K was easy to setup and Google TV even imported my Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney + apps for me. To me this TV offers an OLED like viewing experience with inky blacks & bright colors. It’s surprising how loud and rich the surround sound is on this TV. Love it!

The agent was knowledgeable and installed my quad mesh and insured all my devices were functioning properly.

I called something with the tv and service men that came to check it were great and explained step by step

I purchased this television to be used as a truly portable unit that I can carry easily to any room in the house for over-the-air viewing, for which it works perfectly. The digital tuner, paired with a simple old-fashioned rabbit-ears antenna, is the most sensitive of any TV I have experienced; it seems to have the same incredible sensitivity as the top-rated Insignia NS-DXA1-APT converter box I used back when Uncle Sam was paying everyone to convert to digital television. Picture is bright and accurate, and sound is quite good as well. I am very pleased with this purchse.

We purchased an LG 50" 4K UHD LED in 2016 along with the 5 yr protection plan with Best Buy. Other than waiting on the phone for 30 min to speak with a customer service rep, everything with replacing our TV with a new model went very smoothly. (called during Thanksgiving holiday) Replaced and setup within a day. Back panel went out which is $400 plus for parts and labor and our $99 warranty fee covered the issue. It was well worth the cost.

I bought a laptop and within the first year my don damaged it. I didn't get the protection plan so I had to buy a brand new one. Bought the new one and got a year protection. Within the first 2 months, my son damaged it again so had to turn it in. They were able to fix. Well 2 days before my warranty ended, it was once again damaged by my son. This time it wasn't fixable. So they gave me a store credit for the price of the laptop and the protection plan. It's definitely worth getting! Only con is the turn around time. Usually takes 4-6 weeks but worth the wait!

I bought this TV because of a review from Digital Trends (Caleb Denison). I have to say this is the best one I’ve had thus far. This replaces a 2020 LG class TV and it blows that one out of the water. The picture quality far exceeded my expectations. I recommend it to everyone who wants a great all around TV.
