Toshiba 32" 720p TV for kitchen use. Excellent TV for our kitchen use. Easy Amazon Fire setup built into the set. Great and deep sound, brilliant picture. Overall TV is superior to the one that I am replacing. Great to add an Amazon Echo dot (v3). Great choice and I am very satisfied!

I have upgraded from a 32" the picture on the 48" looks about the same just on a way bigger scale. Its amazing! The only thing keeping me from the 5th star is the Netflix. When I first turn on my TV and I try to open Netflix it always says "loading getting stuff together try again later" it gets aggravating.Takes ten to fifteen minutes to get "ready", then an extra five to finally open by then I could have had my laptop running with the hdmi. With my old TV netfilx opened within a few seconds. But all in all happy with it.

Love the option that has composite connections also TV is 4K 60 HZ and 1080p for 120 HZ

I just got this TV today, so far, so perfect. I mostly use Netflix, Prime video occasionally. It’s got great picture and sound. It came quickly and came within three days of ordering. Very happy customer.

TV Died after 4 1/2 years and they quickly honored the protection plan and issued a gift card for the cost of the TV

Tv works great! Love the picture and quality. Remote can be confusing. And getting it in 4k mode. watch out for ontrac, Best Buy’s delivery service, they left my tv out in the rain… while it was raining….

Doesn’t really cover anything. And when I finally tried to use the coverage, an agent told me the issue was covered, then when I showed up at the store for my appointment, they informed me that it wasn’t covered. Several employees lied and went back and forth before a “supervisor” that I was finally able to talk to said they can’t do anything for me and basically they’re not liable that an employee lied to me. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I installed my TV I did not use the service they provided with geek squad. I have not used any of their services yet but I paid $200 for my purchase for my TV additional warranty if I was to get manufacturer warranty it would have been over 300 so this is worth it

The picture is amazing and has various modes depending on what your watching, the sounds is brilliant, clear and loud and even has a surround sound setting which is awesome, has all your favorite streaming apps, you can even get on the internet and you can even access your home from any screen

I bought a TV from best buy 2 years ago and recently had to replace it because the panel in the TV had a chip that was fried. I bought the 5 year warranty on it. Boy did it pay off. The not only refunded me the total cost of the TV they even refunded me the remainder of my warranty. It is truly worth it purchasing the GEEK SQUADE warranty plan. It will pay off.

I love Geek Squad. My Smart TV got damaged during a power outage and they quickly came to my rescue, they opened the back and were able to easily replace the HDMI ports and have my Tv working perfectly again in a short time.

I don't buy very many of the extended warranties. With some items, I find it advantageous to do so. We bought a TV that was a model behind the current one. In doing the math - I found that the extended warranty was a good deal for the TV. If it cannot be fixed, they replace it with the recent comparable model. Be careful and do the math, and see if it is worth it to you.

The guy who came to my house was very friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the tv. He walked me through the process of exchanging my product and he returned a call when he arrived back to the store. I would recommend the geek squad to everyone
