Its always better to be in protective way for TV's. My Tv got often rebooted after 4 months i bought . Geek Squad done a great job by replacing a new TV with the same feautures.

always smart to get insurance on floor models just because of them being turned on off everyday for hours takes away the life span from boxed items or ant mishandling of the product

Quick response to provide me with assistance when my tv remote just stop working. They came to my home to assessed the issue so I didn’t have to pick the tv in.

Used previous warranty to replace a TV that went out and part was not available. Hope I do not need to use this, but I know I will have a solid working TV for the next 5 years.

Tv is a good size and bright colors. Could have better audio so I purchased a soundbar to compensate for that.

I’ve had this one (1) day and I’m returning. I own about 15 smart TVs and this is my third tv purchase this year. Perhaps I just got a lemon, but guys delivered the TV, hung it and noticed a crack. They exchange it at BB and was back in about 45 minutes. The TV will not let me download any apps. The home button didn’t work and when watching Direct TV, it would switch to another channel. This happened repeatedly. I’m giving it a 3 because I’m assuming it was my unlucky day and I just got a lemon. I’m going to go with a different make and model.

It was a no brainer getting the Geek Squad Protection plan. It was simple, straightforward and covers the cost of replacement for 5 years. Cannot do much better than that
