Whenever i need help, i always go to geek squad. That's why i always buy their protection services.

Best buy full of doodoo they declined my defective retunr saying i transported it wrong. I have never ever had an issues transporting tvs flat. This tv has a dead pixel and i was refused a return.

It would be a bad idea to buy a new electronic that you spent $100's on and not buy an extended warranty.

Great service. Members are nice and helpful. I would recommend it, especially for open box items.

DO NOT buy TVs online at Best Buy and get them shipped. Best Buy totally dropped the ball not once but twice. I purchased a tv online for Mother’s Day and the 1st one was damaged. Called them this week, was out put on hold for nearly an hour for resolution. They agreed to ship a replacement. The 2nd tv showed up also damaged. I called today for a refund for the tv and requested a $50 gift card towards for future purchase in store. Today I was on with CS for an hour only to be given a credit of $12 which isn’t even 10% of the purchase. Obviously Best Buy doesn’t care about loyalty and the value a customer has over the course of their life time. I’ve purchased 2 high end TVs in the last 2 years plus the one for my mom, among other purchases. I’ll look forward to spending my money on a new tv at Target.

This is definitely recommended and I will get one of this specially when getting an appliance, TV, etc

Today I cancelled the protection plan that I purchased for my Hisense TV back in May. The panel and the chassis got damaged during shipping. I acknowledge that this is outside the warranty but I was hoping -based on the info on the website- Geek Squad could help with the repair. First, I was advised to contact Hisense USA which directed me to a third party parts seller. Then I called Best Buy again and heard that they provide service for LG and SAMSUNG and getting a Hisense TV repaired especially with the panel damage would make no difference compared to buying a new TV. Now the confusion is that when you read the details about the plan on the website, it gives you the impression that any repair can be done and at a much cheaper price when you have this plan. It is not clear what service people are actually buying here when they purchase the plan. I also asked "what am I actually buying here" to 5 different agents today and didn't get an answer more than "check out our website".

In home service a big plus and there coverage is just as good and better then the manufacture

picture is great. the audio is the worst audio i have ever heard on a peace of electronics and i am rating it over the last sixty years. words cannot describe how bad the sound is. you will not settle for it, believe me. now the other cons: light leaks through the seam of the casing so if you are watching it at a certain angle there is a light bar leaking out of the seam in the front of the casing (very annoying) the remote is a joke. there is no "pause, fast forward, stop, etc" buttons if you are streaming you can't pause something you had on your library or a live show. forcing you to buy another remote that has it. (cheaping out for this small issue is absurd to say the least). this is supposed to be a flat tv it is almost three inches thick and if you are using an hdmi cord it is placed in the back where it will add another inch and a half to how far it sticks out from the wall. the design is so poor but none of these qualms gets even close to the ludicrous sound quality.

Very light and slim TV. Amazing picture and colors.

This seems like a good investment after my grandmother's last television less than two years.

Five years for $60.00 was a deal NOT to be passed up..especially for an electronics purchase.

Agent has guided me how to install, with good hospitality.

Why not get insurance for new products these days.... Its a must. Things break with time.

Peace of mind for my Vizio TV. Will not worry if anything would happen. Money well spent.
