Would give zero stars if I could for non-delivery, but they make u put 1 star to leave review. They never delivered my TV “in-home” even tho written instructions during checkout. I am disabled & bought TV believing it would be delivered inside my home. They never came during delivery window time. Instead they came way earlier & dumped the TV in a public area. They did not leave at my front door AND didn’t deliver it “in-home” even though a Best Buy customer rep told me, “They will bring it into your home, take it out if box & plug it in to make sure it turns on.” Why lie to customers if none of that was going to happen. I even called the delivery guys to ask where is the delivery, & they said they would “be back in 20 minutes.” BUT NOTHING! Why lie and say “be back in 20min” to deliver TV “in-home” IF U are not going to deliver it correctly, at the leasr, stop lying & falsely advertising “in-home delivery.” Worst delivery experience in my life! Never got the TV delivered to my front door, let alone IN-HOME, inside my home for delivery’ If you are a disabled individual who is relying on in-home deliveries, this is not the store for you. Every other respectable company when promise to deliver “in-home” they all deliver as promised. Not Best Buy geek squad delivery. They dump your valuable purchases in public areas where anyone can walk off with it.

Purchased a 32" Sharp Smart-Roku TV in March 2018. A few months later it would only display lines on the screen. Since I was told that the Geek Squad Protection plan would cover anything the manufacturer's warranty would not. So, I called Geek Squad and took the TV to the Best Buy store in North Little Rock for them to send off for repair. It took over a month for them to send the TV back to me only to tell me the screen was damaged and screens were not covered under my Geek Squad warranty. Now I'm stuck with a two year protection plan that covers a TV that doesn't work. This has been a very disappointing experience and one that will have an effect on where I spend my money.

Had to get a protection plan. I had a surge come through my house and fried all my electronics.

I bought this t.v for my son. He is getting a P.S. 5 soon. I hooked up his Xbox one to it and the picture is terrible. Watching Hulu and steaming on it the picture is great. If you intend to play older gaming systems on it, then I don't recommend this t.v..

The features and the quality of the picture are out of this world. Totally worth the money...

Best Delivery Scheduling is horrible!! I would definitely not recommend. They do not care about your time even though it’s their mistake. I took a day off to receive my TV only to be called 45 minutes before delivery that my TV is not in. I’m pretty sure they knew that yesterday and could have saved me from taking a day off for no reason. On top of that. I called the delivery people and was told they have a appointment for Wednesday open, but Best Buy tells me they can Schedule delivery for Wednesday, but not installation when I just talked to delivery guy who does the installation says he has an opening for Wednesday. The delivery company seems awesome and helpful Best Buy themselves not so much. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience because of their mistake. I will never buy from them again that is horrible customer service

Best Buy Protection is worth it on my daughters TV

Why would you not, They stand behind the product and will do the right thing every time...

I had this for about 20 minutes and found out that it's pointless. Had a issue with tv and they told me to call manufacturer so I cancelled

I took 2 star’s off because the tv is actually 38” not 43” but still a nice tv. Price should be reduced to reflect the correct size.

I moved to the lower level apartment in my home. Did not use the old tv as I purchased a new larger one. When I tried to set the tv up for my mom when she came to visit, it would not show a picture. The tv just showed a black screen. After 2 Reps told me they would replace it under my coverage. The 3rd told me no it is not covered. As it must be accidental damage from the move. I told him I only moved 1 flight down stairs and there was no crack or anything. I sent him a pic of the black screen and he said he sees damage on the inside of the black screen. I said send someone out here to check it. He said no that would be a waste of time. And told me again that this will not qualify to be replaced.

Was great for first few years now my picture went out but other then that was good now I got get ahold of them and see what my warranty covers hopefully it covers it
